Reasonably priced accommodation with extremely friendly staff. Functional and stylish room with climate control and a lounge. Pleasant view and extremely comfy beds. Convenient location near a huge shopping center and Woden shops, making it convenient for a basketball tournament and all tourist locations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phillip. The best aspects were its great location near to everything in Woden, including the Helanic Club with amazing food. The hotel is also very close to a huge shopping centre that had a variety of places to eat. The spacious room with a kitchenette and full-sized fridge allowed for self-catering, convenient and budget-friendly considering the price of other places in Canberra. The staff were really good, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. There was nothing we didn't like.

I had a really comfortable stay at Quality Hotel. The beds were comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was well-equipped and modern, making my stay most inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The booked room was a nice size and well-equipped for tea & coffee. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a fridge were really useful.
Although everything was very good, some of the staff were appalling.
